Shipping & Return
Orders are printed and shipped as quickly as possible, but due to the unpredictable nature of COVID-19 please keep in mind that delivery times may be impacted as the situation develops. We cannot guarantee shipping times, but you will receive an order confirmation and tracking information once the print has left the shipping facilities.
All art is being printed on demand and while the effects of Covid-19 persist, we can only send through regular mail. Once your item has been shipped and reaches the destination country it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will do our best to help if any issues arise, but we do not have a special relationship with postal services to locate packages.
We cannot guarantee delivery times until the shipping situation around the world improves.
All sales are final and most of our products are custom made with love for you. however if your order arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing email us a photo immediately with your order information to email@example.com
Damage to your print
Please report damage within 3 weeks of receiving your damaged print, otherwise we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
Returned to sender
If your item was returned to or printing facility for any reason please get in touch with us within 3 weeks of it being returned, or we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
